Flex Plan. The following options shall be available to all members of the bargaining unit. Employees should direct any questions or concerns to the district Business Office: Dependent Care Assistance Plan: This plan will enable each participant to elect to receive payments or reimbursements of his/her dependent care expenses that are excludable from the participant’s gross income under Section 129 of the Code. Medical Reimbursement Plan: This plan will enable each participant to elect to receive payments or reimbursements of his/her medical care expenses that are excluded from the participant’s gross income under Section 105(b) of the Code.
