Flammable Liquids. Company will not keep or store flammable liquids within any covered and enclosed portion of the Premises or Common Use Areas in excess of Company’s working requirements. Any such liquids having a flash point of less than 110 degrees Fahrenheit will be kept and stored in safety containers of a type approved by Underwriters Laboratories.

Flammable Liquids. The Airline will not keep or store flammable liquids within any covered and enclosed portion of its Airline Premises in excess of Airline’s working requirements. Flammable Liquids. All flammable liquids that are kept or stored at the Premises must at all times be handled, stored and used in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws.
Flammable Liquids. If Xxxxxx uses flammable liquids, then Lessee shall use only a working supply of flammable liquids within any covered or enclosed portion of the Demised Premises. Any other supplies of such liquids shall be kept and stored in safety containers of a type approved by the Underwriters Laboratories and all applicable federal, state and City regulations. The term “working supply” as used herein shall mean the amount consumed by the Lessee and other parties using the Demised Premises during any normal work day.
Flammable Liquids. Tenant shall not keep or store, during any 24-hour period, flammable liquids within the enclosed portion of the Premises in excess of Tenant's working requirements during said 24-hour period, except in rooms or tanks especially constructed for such purposes in accordance with standards established by the National Board of Fire Underwriters and any applicable federal, state, or local law. Any such liquids having a flash point of less than 100 degrees Fahrenheit shall be kept and stored in safety containers of a type approved by the Underwriters Laboratories.
Flammable Liquids. Keep or store, during any twenty four (24) hour period, flammable liquids within the enclosed portion of the Facilities in excess of Virgin’s working requirements during said twenty four (24) hour period, except in storage Facilities especially constructed for such purposes in accordance with standards established by applicable insurance underwriters and Applicable Laws.
Flammable Liquids. .1 The handling, storage and use of flammable liquids are governed by the current National Fire Code of Canada.
Flammable Liquids. Supplier will insure that all liquid materials are delivered in DOT approved containers. Any liquid delivered by Supplier to any TMI facility having a measurable "fire point" as measured using the ASTM D92-02b Standard Test Method for Flash and Fire Points by Cleveland Open Cup Tester (a "flammable liquid") , and delivered in bulk containers, shall be in appropriate metal containers only. If such liquids are delivered in bulk to be off loaded into any other container at TMI's facility, such liquids will be off loaded only into appropriate metal containers. An appropriate metal container may be any closed metal container having a pressure relief valve with a flame arrester designed for the container. If such container has a liquid level indicator, the indicator must be constructed of glass or other non-combustible material. Any flammable liquid that is delivered in other than appropriate containers, as defined above, is subject to return at Supplier's risk and expense.
