Common use of Fixed Term Employees Clause in Contracts

Fixed Term Employees. The purpose of employing fixed term employees is to fill positions of a project of limited term as designated by the Director-Human Resources or ordinance of the Board of Supervisors. Sec. 1103 Limitations: A. Extra Help Employment - No extra help employee may be employed unless the Director-Human Resources finds that the conditions set forth in Section 1102(A) are present.
