Fixed Route Service. It is a goal of the City and the Union to correct breaks and recovery time at the earliest possible time when the City receives notice of the problem.

Fixed Route Service. The Program Manager shall provide the Contractor with the fixed route maps and stops. The Contractor will time the routes during the hours of operationto establishing the headways and schedule for the assigned routes, and present these findings to the Program Manager within the first week of Service. This will ensure that the published schedules are attainable for the Contractor and accurate for riders. Should modification of the existing routes, or the addition of new routes occur the same will be required. The Fixed Route stops shall only include locations within the Town, unless authorized in advance by the Program Manager. These stops shall include, but shall not be limited to, existing public transit bus stops, the Town Hall, multi-family buildings, shopping centers, malls, and office buildings. The Contractor shall provide the Fixed Route Services five (5) days per week between the morning hours of 6:00 am and 10:00am, and the afternoon hours of 2:15 pm and 7:00 pm unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Program Manager. No Bus Services shall be provided on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day. The hours and days of service, the routes, and the number and location of the stops on each route are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Town. Initial circulator service routes include the East and West Routes and are referenced in Appendix B.The Contractor shall assist the Town with collecting survey data on passengers and ridership figures as may be necessary for compliance with FTA, Interlocal Agreement, or entities that provide capital and operating funds to the Town.

Fixed Route Service. The time begins when passenger service begins; that is when vehicle is in route service and ends when out of passenger service or route service as identified in HVTS Fixed Route Schedules. This time does not include deadhead, vehicle check-in/check-out time, time needed for fueling the vehicles, time when vehicle is inoperable on the road or duty free meal periods. Price paid per vehicle revenue hour (VRH) shall include full compensation for furnishing all administration, management, facilities, services, maintenance, and items, including labor materials, tools, equipment and incidentals as required by the Contract for provision of fixed route services.
Fixed Route Service. ROUTE BY ROUTE ANALYSIS Little data exists to corroborate which global causes are impacting SunLine most significantly. There has been much speculation about the effect of low gas prices, increased car ownership, ride-hailing services and services which offer delivery of groceries, fast food and goods as contributing factors to decreased fixed route ridership. Figure 2.1 displays the comparison in ridership from FY 2015/2016 to FY 2016/2017. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

Consistent with Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B, section 212.4, Interconnection Customer may execute the Interconnection Service Agreement, request dispute resolution or request that the Interconnection Service Agreement be filed unexecuted with the Commission. Transmission Provider shall determine, through available studies or additional studies as necessary, whether stability, short circuit, thermal, and/or voltage issues would arise if Interconnection Customer interconnects without modifications to the Generating Facility or the Transmission System. Transmission Provider shall determine whether any Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Local Upgrades, or system protection facilities that are necessary to meet the requirements of NERC, or any applicable Regional Entity for the interconnection of a new, modified and/or expanded Generating Facility are in place prior to the commencement of Interconnection Service from the Generating Facility. Where available studies indicate that such Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Local Upgrades, and/or system protection facilities that are required for the interconnection of a new, modified and/or expanded Generating Facility are not currently in place, Transmission Provider will perform a study, at the Interconnection Customer’s expense, to confirm the facilities that are required for Provisional Interconnection Service. The maximum permissible output of the Generating Facility shall be studied and updated annually and at the Interconnection Customer’s expense. The results will be communicated to the Interconnection Customer in writing upon completion of the study. Interconnection Customer assumes all risk and liabilities with respect to the Provisional Interconnection Service, including changes in output limits and Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Local Upgrades, and/or system protection facilities cost responsibilities.

  • Conversion of Wholesale Services to Network Elements or Network Elements to Wholesale Services Upon request, BellSouth shall convert a wholesale service, or group of wholesale services, to the equivalent Network Element or Combination that is available to Global Dialtone pursuant to Section 251 of the Act and under this Agreement or convert a Network Element or Combination that is available to Global Dialtone pursuant to Section 251 of the Act and under this Agreement to an equivalent wholesale service or group of wholesale services offered by BellSouth (collectively “Conversion”). BellSouth shall charge the applicable nonrecurring switch-as-is rates for Conversions to specific Network Elements or Combinations found in Exhibit A. BellSouth shall also charge the same nonrecurring switch-as-is rates when converting from Network Elements or Combinations. Any rate change resulting from the Conversion will be effective as of the next billing cycle following BellSouth’s receipt of a complete and accurate Conversion request from Global Dialtone. A Conversion shall be considered termination for purposes of any volume and/or term commitments and/or grandfathered status between Global Dialtone and BellSouth. Any change from a wholesale service/group of wholesale services to a Network Element/Combination, or from a Network Element/Combination to a wholesale service/group of wholesale services, that requires a physical rearrangement will not be considered to be a Conversion for purposes of this Agreement. BellSouth will not require physical rearrangements if the Conversion can be completed through record changes only. Orders for Conversions will be handled in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the Ordering Guidelines and Processes and CLEC Information Packages as referenced in Sections 1.13.1 and 1.13.2 below.
