Common use of Fixed Rate of Interest Clause in Contracts

Fixed Rate of Interest. The Notes will bear interest from the date of issue to but excluding August 27, 2060 at a fixed annual rate of 3.050% payable in semi-annual installments on February 27 and August 27 of each year, with the first interest payment due on February 27, 2021.

Fixed Rate of Interest. (i) The Notes will bear interest from the date of issue to but excluding August 27November 21, 2060 2024 at a fixed annual rate of 3.0503.00% payable in semi-annual installments on February 27 May 21 and August 27 November 21 of each year, with the first interest payment due on February 27May 21, 20212018 and the last interest payment due on November 21, 2024.

Fixed Rate of Interest. The Notes will bear interest from the date of issue to but excluding August 27June 23, 2060 2046 at a fixed annual rate of 3.0504.70% payable in semi-annual installments on February 27 June 23 and August 27 December 23 of each year, with the first interest payment due on February 27December 23, 20212016.

Fixed Rate of Interest. (i) The Notes will bear interest from the date of issue to but excluding August 27May 25, 2060 2021 at a fixed annual rate of 3.0503.85% payable in semi-annual installments on February 27 May 25 and August 27 November 25 of each year, with the first interest payment due on February 27November 25, 2016 and the last interest payment due on May 25, 2021.

Fixed Rate of Interest. The Notes will bear interest from the date of issue to but excluding August 27December 2, 2060 2026 at a fixed annual rate of 3.0503.527% payable in semi-annual installments on February 27 June 2 and August 27 December 2 of each year, with the first interest payment due on February 27June 2, 20212017.
