Fixed Fee. Contractor will be compensated based upon the Firm Fixed Fee amount of [$--------------] ( -------- ------------- dollars) for all work specified in the Contract Scope of Work, including all administrative and technical support. If, following completion of such deliverables and final payment, VEIC determines that the deliverables contain errors or omissions, Contractor shall promptly correct such errors or omissions at no further cost to VEIC.
