Five Weeks. 11:04 Each employee who has completed seventeen (17) years' continuous service in the employ of the Company and has worked a minimum of one thousand (1,000) hours for the Company during the preceding twelve (12) months shall be entitled to five (5) weeks' vacation with pay equal to five (5) full weeks' straight-time pay at the employee's regular rate, or ten percent (10%) of annual gross earnings, whichever is the greater. Six Weeks:
Five Weeks. When accredited service is twentyfive years or more, all regular employees shall be entitled to vacation time off of five weeks.

Those who have worked less than one thousand four hundred (1,400) hours during the previous twelve (12) months immediately preceding his/her anniversary date will receive vacation pay based on ten percent (10%) of their gross earnings.
Five Weeks. If you are a continuous seven day shift worker and are regularly rostered to work Sundays and Public Holidays, you are entitled to five weeks paid Annual Leave after each twelve (12) months continuous service. Annual Leave can be cashed out by application In accordance with Section 94 of the Fair Work Act 2009, you may apply to cash out any Annual Leave accrual which exceeds one hundred and fifty two (152) hours. If we approve this payment it must be in writing between both parties, paid the full amount that would have been payable to you, (including loading) had you taken it, and be regarded as ordinary pay for the purposes of calculating Employer Superannuation contributions. Annual Leave During a Shut Down During a period of shut down, we may direct you to take paid annual leave for a period when the Tamworth plant (or part of it) is shut down. 14 Days Notice for Leave Unless otherwise agreed, at least fourteen (14) days’ notice will be given by either us or you as to when the Annual Leave commences. We know sometimes this is hard to do so all applications will be treated on an individual basis.
Five Weeks. Each employee who has continuous service of twenty (20) years or more as of December 31 shall be eligible for five (5) weeks' vacation with pay. Employees hired on or after May 1, 1992 shall not be eligible to receive five (5) weeks of vacation.
Five Weeks annual leave for shift workers In addition, a shift worker is also entitled to accrue an amount of paid annual leave for each 12 month period of continuous service with an employer, of 1/52 of the number of nominal hours worked by the employee, for the employer, as a shift worker during that 12 month period. This is equivalent to five weeks per year.
