Common use of Fitness Center Clause in Contracts

Fitness Center. At all times during which Subtenant is a Subtenant Permittee, Subtenant shall license from Sublandlord two (2) memberships to the Fitness Center. Subtenant shall pay for such memberships at the same time and in the same amount and manner as Sublandlord in accordance with the Master Lease. The number of memberships stated herein shall not be subject to change except as otherwise expressly agreed by Sublandlord and Subtenant in writing.”

Fitness Center. At all times during which Subtenant is a Subtenant Permittee, Subtenant shall license from Sublandlord two twenty (220) memberships to the Fitness Center. Subtenant shall pay for such memberships at the same time and in the same amount and manner as Sublandlord in accordance with the Master Lease. The number of memberships stated herein shall not be subject to change except as otherwise expressly agreed by Sublandlord and Subtenant in writing.”

Fitness Center. At all times during which Subtenant is a Subtenant Permittee, Subtenant shall license from Sublandlord two sixteen (216) memberships to the Fitness Center. Subtenant shall pay for such memberships at the same time and in the same amount and manner as Sublandlord in accordance with the Master Lease. The number of memberships stated herein shall not be subject to change except as otherwise expressly agreed by Sublandlord and Subtenant in writing.”

Fitness Center. At all times during which Subtenant is a Subtenant Permittee, Subtenant shall license from Sublandlord two thirty-six (236) memberships to the Fitness Center. Subtenant shall pay for such memberships at the same time and in the same amount and manner as Sublandlord in accordance with the Master Lease. The number of memberships stated herein shall not be subject to change except as otherwise expressly agreed by Sublandlord and Subtenant in writing.”

Fitness Center. At all times during which Subtenant is a Subtenant Permittee, Subtenant shall license from Sublandlord two eight (2) 8) memberships to the Fitness Center. Subtenant shall pay for such memberships at the same time and in the same amount and manner as Sublandlord in accordance with the Master Lease. The number of memberships stated herein shall not be subject to change except as otherwise expressly agreed by Sublandlord and Subtenant in writing.”

Fitness Center. At all times during which Subtenant is a Subtenant Permittee, Subtenant shall license from Sublandlord two thirty-four (234) memberships to the Fitness Center. Subtenant shall pay for such memberships at the same time and in the same amount and manner as Sublandlord in accordance with the Master Lease. The number of memberships stated herein shall not be subject to change except as otherwise expressly agreed by Sublandlord and Subtenant in writing.”

Fitness Center. At all times during which Subtenant is a Subtenant Permittee, Subtenant shall license from Sublandlord two ten (210) memberships to the Fitness Center. Subtenant shall pay for such memberships at the same time and in the same amount and manner as Sublandlord in accordance with the Master Lease. The number of memberships stated herein shall not be subject to change except as otherwise expressly agreed by Sublandlord and Subtenant in writing.”

Fitness Center. At all times during which Subtenant is a Subtenant Permittee, Subtenant shall license from Sublandlord two seven (27) memberships to the Fitness Center. Subtenant shall pay for such memberships at the same time and in the same amount and manner as Sublandlord in accordance with the Master Lease. The number of memberships stated herein shall not be subject to change except as otherwise expressly agreed by Sublandlord and Subtenant in writing.”
