Fit for Purpose. The LFC will ensure that all LFC Equipment is safe, free from material defects and fit for the purpose of providing the applicable Wholesale Services.
Fit for Purpose. All equipment provided or works carried out shall be fit for the purpose of the end users of the system as deemed by the Consultant. Any discrepancies between the specified Scope of Works and the Contractor's experience in the requirements of similar systems shall be detailed in the tender submission. The Contractor shall fully inform themselves of any and all latent conditions at the Site prior to the tender submission. No claims for extra time or payments will be accepted for matters relating to latent conditions.
Fit for Purpose. 13.1 The Customer agrees that it does not rely on the skill or judgment of the Supplier in relation to the suitability of any Goods and/or Services for a particular purpose. Any advice, recommendation, information or assistance provided by the Supplier is provided without any liability by the Supplier whatsoever.
Fit for Purpose. The Hirer must ensure that the booked space, any equipment hired for an activity, and the Centres facilities are fit for the purposes of the activity/event. The Hirer should consider conducting a risk assessment if appropriate and provide their own insurance to cover the activity/equipment provider. To the extent permitted by law, Princes Risborough Town Council takes no liability for accident or injury caused by the Hirer’s activity.
Fit for Purpose. The Access Provider must at all times maintain those parts of the Network to which the Operator has access pursuant to the Scheduled Train Paths so as to ensure those parts of the Network are fit for the purpose of the Operator running Freight Trains on those parts of the Network in accordance with the Addenda to the Metropolitan Master Working Timetable.
Fit for Purpose. Each Property is in good condition and repair and is substantially fit for the purpose for which it is presently used. There are no circumstances or issues which would in any way limit the current use of the Properties going forward.

The user acknowledges that they have been provided with or have obtained sufficient information by way of documentation, recommendations, viewing of the product, use of the product and/or any other method in order to make an informed decision regarding the suitability of the product for their business and circumstances. While AM-Win is designed to suit certain industry sectors we do not warrant or guarantee that it will provide the user with features or functionality specific to the user’s requirement or operate in a manner expected by the user. Unless otherwise documented, neither AM-Win nor ASIMS will or is responsible for, doing any analysis of your business or business processing requirements.
Fit for Purpose. Any services provided by the Customer will be fit for the purpose required by the End User.
Fit for Purpose. It is your obligation to ensure that the Materials are fit for purpose. Under this Agreement, Version 1 does not accept any liability for the performance of the Materials.
