Fiscal Year 2015-2016. 1. Effective the first full bi-weekly pay period on or after the date of ratification of this agreement, the University shall provide a 4.0% base-building increase for all bargaining unit employees. Trade Lead Classifications shall receive a base building increase in accordance with Section D., below. This increase will be processed not more than 30 days after ratification.

Fiscal Year 2015-2016. 1. For Fiscal Year 2015/2016, effective October 11, 2015, eligible bargaining unit employees, who on their most recent annual performance review received a rating of “Meets Expectations” or higher will receive a three percent (3%) base salary increase (within the salary range). To be eligible, employees must be employed in a Unit position as of October 11, 2015.
Fiscal Year 2015-2016. A one-time lump sum payment in the total amount of $1750 will be made to those Program Directors holding positions in the collective negotiations unit on July 1, 2014 and continuing through the date of payment. For Fiscal Year 2015/2016, effective October 11, 2015, eligible bargaining unit employees, who on their most recent annual Leadership Performance Review (LPR), or other performance based evaluation program received a rating of “Meets Overall Expectations” or “Exceeds Overall Expectations” will receive a two and one half percent (2.5%) base salary increase (within the salary range). Those current employees recently hired and who have yet to receive their annual performance review for their current position as of October 11, 2015, shall also receive the two and one half percent (2.5%) base salary increase.

All eligible employees will advance a step on the B6 Salary Schedule, which will be paid as follows: half the value of the increase effective July 1, 2015, paid upon ratification, with the balance of the step value paid on the first paycheck of July 2016. Employees currently on PG 25, Step 08; PG 27, Step 05; and PG 29, Step 04 will receive a one-time $500 supplement, payable upon ratification. Step 1B will be eliminated, and eligible employees on Entry Level Step will advance to step 01. On July 1, 2016 all employees on Entry Level Step hired prior to December 31, 2015, will advance to step 01 of the B6 salary schedule.
