Fiscal Policies. The Charter School shall adopt and meet generally accepted accounting principles and shall adopt policies to ensure the Charter School’s funds are used to most effectively support the Charter School’s mission and to ensure that funds are budgeted, accounted for, expended, and maintained in an appropriate fashion. Fiscal Policies. The Charter School shall adopt and meet generally accepted accounting principles and shall adopt policies to ensure the Charter School's funds are used to most effectively support the School's mission and to ensure that funds are budgeted, accounted for, expended, and maintained in an appropriate fashion. Such policies will include, but not be limited to, principles that ensure that: (1) expenditures are authorized by an accord with amounts specified in the Board- adopted budget; (2) the School's funds are managed and held in a manner that provide a high degree of protection of the School's assets; and (3) all transactions are recorded and documented in an appropriate manner that allow reporting to the State as required by the District, the County Office of Education or Department of Education.

  • General Policies (a) The evaluated job rate arrived at through official evaluation by the Joint Job Evaluation Board will be final and binding upon both parties to the Labour Agreement unless review has been requested as provided in Section 3(a)(ii)(c) or 3(a)(ii)(g). In case of such review the decision of the Job Evaluation Directors or, where appropriate the Independent Review Officer shall be final and binding upon both parties. Where a number of appeals indicate a problem within a job field, the Directors shall refer such problems to the Administrative Committee for final determination.

  • General Policy Our policy is to make funds from your cash and check deposits available to you on the next business day after we receive your deposit.   • Excess/Umbrella Liability Policies Required insurance coverage limits may be provided through a combination of primary and excess/umbrella liability policies. If coverage limits are provided through excess/umbrella liability policies, then a Schedule of underlying insurance listing policy information for all underlying insurance policies (insurer, policy number, policy term, coverage and limits of insurance), including proof that the excess/umbrella insurance follows form must be provided after renewal and/or upon request.
