Fiscal Periods. Change its fiscal year-end and fiscal quarter-ends to dates other than December 31 and the last day of each March, June, September and December, respectively.

Fiscal Periods. Fiscal Periods. The contribution to the "Retail Wholesale Canada Multi-Employer Dental Benefit Trust Fund" is thirty- nine (39¢) cents per regular hour worked, not to include overtime. The Trust Fund will be administered by a Board of Trustees made up of an equal number of Company and Union officers. The Chairman and the Secretary of the Trust Fund will be elected annually, one from among the Company's Trustees and one from among the Union's Trustees. Each position will rotate between a Company and a Union Trustee each year. All details of the dental plan, including but not limited to matters of eligibility, coverage, and benefits, shall be determined by the Trustees of the Fund, acting in accordance with the provisions of an "Agreement and Declaration of Trust", between the contracting parties.
Fiscal Periods. No Principal Company will, and no Principal Company will permit any of its Subsidiaries to, change (a) their fiscal years to end on a day other than December 31 or (b) their fiscal quarters to end on days other than March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31.
