Fiscal Agent. The FRBNY shall be the Fiscal Agent for Fed Book-Entry Debt Securities. In acting under the Fiscal Agency Agreement, the FRBNY shall act solely as Fiscal Agent of Xxxxxxx Mac and does not assume any obligation or relationship of agency or trust for or with any Holder of a Fed Book-Entry Debt Security.
Fiscal Agent. The Issuer shall provide to the Fiscal Agent in a sufficient quantity, in the case of paragraphs 13.1.2(ii), 13.1.3 and 13.1.4, for distribution among the relevant Agents as required by this Agreement or the Conditions:
Fiscal Agent procure the delivery to the Fiscal Agent of a CGN Temporary Global Note or a CGN Permanent Global Note with instructions to cancel a specified aggregate principal amount of Notes represented thereby (which instructions shall be accompanied by evidence satisfactory to the Fiscal Agent that the Issuer is entitled to give such instructions) whereupon the Fiscal Agent shall note or procure that there is noted on the Schedule to such CGN Temporary Global Note or (as the case may be) CGN Permanent Global Note the aggregate principal amount of Notes so to be cancelled and the remaining principal amount thereof (which shall be the previous principal amount thereof less the aggregate principal amount of the Notes so cancelled) and shall procure the signature of such notation on its behalf; or
Fiscal Agent. The Federal Reserve Bank of New York shall be the Fiscal Agent for Discount Notes. In acting under the Fiscal Agency Agreement, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York shall act solely as Fiscal Agent of Xxxxxxx Mac and does not assume any obligation or relationship of agency or trust for or with any Holder of a Discount Note.
Fiscal Agent. Unless MCC agrees otherwise in writing, the Government will engage a fiscal agent (a “Fiscal Agent”), which will be responsible for assisting the Government with its fiscal management and assuring appropriate fiscal accountability of MCC Funding, and whose duties will include those set forth in the Program Implementation Agreement and such agreement as the Government enters into with the Fiscal Agent, which agreement will be in form and substance satisfactory to MCC.
Fiscal Agent. At any time during the Term of this Policy, Financial Security may appoint a fiscal agent (the "Fiscal Agent") for purposes of this Policy by written notice to the Trustee at the notice address specified in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement specifying the name and notice address of the Fiscal Agent. From and after the date of receipt of such notice by the Trustee, (i) copies of all notices and documents required to be delivered to Financial Security pursuant to this Policy shall be simultaneously delivered to the Fiscal Agent and to Financial Security and shall not be deemed Received until Received by both and (ii) all payments required to be made by Financial Security under this Policy may be made directly by Financial Security or by the Fiscal Agent on behalf of Financial Security. The Fiscal Agent is the agent of Financial Security only and the Fiscal Agent shall in no event be liable to any Holder for any acts of the Fiscal Agent or any failure of Financial Security to deposit, or cause to be deposited, sufficient funds to make payments due under this Policy.
Fiscal Agent. At any time during the Term of the Policy, the Insurer may appoint a fiscal agent (the "Fiscal Agent") for purposes of this Policy by written notice to the Beneficiary, specifying the name and notice address of such Fiscal Agent. From and after the date of receipt of such notice by the Beneficiary, copies of all notices and documents required to be delivered to the Insurer pursuant to this Policy shall be simultaneously delivered to the Fiscal Agent and to the Insurer. All payments required to be made by the Insurer under this Policy may be made directly by the Insurer or by the Fiscal Agent on behalf of the Insurer. The Fiscal Agent is the agent of the Insurer only, and the Fiscal Agent shall in no event be liable to the Beneficiary for any acts of the Fiscal Agent or any failure of the Insurer to deposit, or cause to be deposited, sufficient funds to make payments due under this Policy.
Fiscal Agent. A Person designated by the Issuer to perform the functions of a fiscal agent under the Trust Documents, currently the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
