First Aid The employer will appoint an employee who holds a current First Aid certificate and who is covered by this agreement as first aid attendant. Any first aid chest, box or cupboard provided by the employer will be in control of that employee and his/her name will be made known throughout the establishment in which he/she is employed and will be inscribed on the first aid chest, box or cupboard.
First Aid Kits The Employer shall provide an area, equipped with a first-aid kit, for the use of Employees taken ill during working hours.
First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.
First Aid Allowance An employee who has been trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. John's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid a weekly allowance of $11.50 if appointed by their employer to perform first aid duty.
First Aid Attendant Employees who take time off at the direction of the Employer to take a recognized Industrial First Aid Program shall not suffer a loss of regular pay.

All other employees holding valid First Aid Tickets shall receive a premium of five cents (5¢) per hour over and above their job rate. There shall be no stacking or pyramiding of premiums.
First Aid Expenses We will pay expenses for first aid to others in- curred by an "insured" for "bodily injury" covered under this policy. We will not pay for first aid to an "insured".
TOBACCO FREE CAMPUS All Orange County operations under the Board of County Commissioners shall be tobacco free. This policy shall apply to parking lots, parks, break areas and worksites. It is also applicable to Contractors and their personnel during contract performance on County owned property. Tobacco is defined as tobacco products including, but not limited to, cigars, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, chewing tobacco and snuff. Failure to abide by this policy may result in civil penalties levied under Chapter 386, Florida Statutes and/or contract enforcement remedies.
