First Aid Ticket. The Company shall reimburse the First-Aid Attendant for all costs incurred in the maintenance and successful course completion of First-Aid tickets required in the performance of their duties. Such reimbursement shall be paid no later than two (2) weeks after receipt of proof of incurred costs including lost time as follows:

First Aid Ticket. If a First Aid Ticket is required by the Employer, the following premiums will apply: Job rate plus Level 2 Ticket $0.50 per hour Level 3 Ticket $0.75 per hour
First Aid Ticket. (a) Employees who are required by the Employer to hold a minimum Level II WorkSafeBC Occupational Health and Safety Certificate will be paid a premium of seventy-five cents ($0.75) per hour. This premium will only be paid when the employee is designated to be the site first aid attendant and responsible for first aid duties in addition to their normal duties.
First Aid Ticket. (a) An employee selected to provide plant First Aid coverage will be paid a premium of fifty-five cents (55¢) per hour in addition to his classification rate. Level 2 ticket required. To encourage first aid coverage, the Company will pay the Industrial First Aid training course fee in advance for the selected employee.
First Aid Ticket. All employees shall be encouraged to obtain a First Aid ticket. All employees holding a valid Level 2 or Level 3 First Aid Certificate will receive a premium of fifty cents ($0.50) per hour.
First Aid Ticket. One employee on each crew shall be encouraged to obtain a First Aid Ticket. Those in possession of a valid ticket who are designated first aid person(s) by the Employer, shall receive the following premium: Job rate plus "C" Ticket $0.30 per hour "B" Ticket $0.35 per hour "A" Ticket $0.45 per hour

  • First Aid The employer will appoint an employee who holds a current First Aid certificate and who is covered by this agreement as first aid attendant. Any first aid chest, box or cupboard provided by the employer will be in control of that employee and his/her name will be made known throughout the establishment in which he/she is employed and will be inscribed on the first aid chest, box or cupboard.

  • First Aid Kits The Employer shall provide an area, equipped with a first-aid kit, for the use of Employees taken ill during working hours.

  • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

  • First Aid Attendants a) Designated First Aid Attendants shall receive their job rate of pay plus the Ticket Premium rate. All other employees holding valid First Aid Tickets shall receive a premium of five cents (5¢) per hour over and above their job rate. There shall be no stacking or pyramiding of premiums.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • First Aid Attendant Employees who take time off at the direction of the Employer to take a recognized Industrial First Aid Program shall not suffer a loss of regular pay.

  • Destination CSU-Pueblo scholarship This articulation transfer agreement replaces all previous agreements between CCA and CSU-Pueblo in Bachelor of Science in Physics (Secondary Education Emphasis). This agreement will be reviewed annually and revised (if necessary) as mutually agreed.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for InterGlobe (e.g. hairpinning):

  • Mail Order Catalog Warnings In the event that, the Settling Entity prints new catalogs and sells units of the Products via mail order through such catalogs to California consumers or through its customers, the Settling Entity shall provide a warning for each unit of such Product both on the label in accordance with subsection 2.4 above, and in the catalog in a manner that clearly associates the warning with the specific Product being purchased. Any warning provided in a mail order catalog shall be in the same type size or larger than other consumer information conveyed for such Product within the catalog and shall be located on the same display page of the item. The catalog warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b) if the language provided on the Product label also uses the Short-Form Warning.
