First Aid Premiums. Employees who are required by the Corporation to perform first aid duties in addition to their normal duties and who hold a valid Workers' Compensation Board Occupational Health and Safety First Aid Certificate shall be paid a premium in accordance with the certificate required by the Corporation as follows: Full‐Time Employees Regular Part‐Time & Auxiliary Employees OFA Level II $125 per month 80¢ per hour OFA Level III $145 per month 95¢ per hour The Corporation will pay course fees for the OFA Level II and/or III course for employees who are required to have such certification.

First Aid Premiums. The District of Houston is required to have Level 1 First Aid Attendants on duty. Designated First Aid Attendant positions for a) the Public Works Yard, and, b) the Office/Arena-Pool, shall be paid a premium commensurate with their level of training while acting in the position.
