FIRST AID FACILITIES. 12.1 There is no legal requirement for the school to provide first aid facilities for the Hirer. It is the Hirer’s responsibility to make their own arrangements, such as the provision of first aid training for supervising personnel, and the provision of a first aid kit, particularly in the case of sports lettings. Use of the school’s resources is not available.

Please note if a person is injured as a direct result of a fault of the premise or activity and is taken straight to hospital after an incident, the accident must be reported to the Health and Safety Executive under RIDDOR. Please report any such accident to of member or staff and the School will complete the necessary paperwork. The details required are: - The name and address of the injured person - Details of the accident, - Name and address of any witness(es). - This must be done within 48 hours of the accident.
