Fire Watch. A designated person from the local fire department authority shall be present during all hot work. The person performing the fire watch shall be completely informed of the work to be undertaken and be in radio or telecommunications contact with the local fire station.

Fire Watch. Xxxxxx agrees to secure three (3) people to cover fire watch during every event where attendance could exceed 100
Fire Watch. Subcontractor shall take necessary measures and safeguards to protect the work, including but not limited to providing fire watch during and for at least 30 minutes after the use of welding or other such burning techniques or equipment used in the construction of the Work. Hot Work permits shall be obtained from FLINT within 24 hours prior to performance of such Hot Work activity. For all other work, Subcontractor shall provide sufficient watchmen as necessary to ensure the safety of the site, general public and the proper protection of the work at all times.
Fire Watch. .1 Provide a fire watch for a minimum of one hour after the termination of a hot work operation.
Fire Watch. Prior to leaving area, do final inspection, sign, leave permit posted and notify Fire safety Supervisor.
Fire Watch. For a period of twenty-eight (28) calendar days from the Amendment Effective Date, Landlord, at its cost and expense, will provide a fire watch to the Warehouse Space.
Fire Watch. 6. The cleanup rate shall be applicable to non-skilled work which requires no formal training, nor special tools or expertise, other than familiarization with basic safety procedures. Included within this category of work are sweeping, shoveling, wiping down, washing, manually loading or unloading refuse, material, or equipment, fire watch, and other work of a similar non-skilled nature.
Fire Watch. If fire watches are required to be employed, Contractor shall retain an independent consultant to provide a system of documented audits of compliance with fire watch provisions and NFPA § 241. Approval of Contractor’s fire safety plan by the UGA’s fire safety representative does not relieve Contractor from any duty to protect UGAA, UGA, and Board of Regents property during the execution of Work under this Agreement. Contractor is solely responsible for minimizing the potential for fire damage while performing all Work under this Agreement. If fire watch is approved by ADR, Contractor shall provide fire watch contact information to the UGA Police Department twenty-four hours in advance of the fire watch. Nothing in this provision shall be construed to waive or release Contractor from any other fire watch requirements stated in ¶ III(E)(2) above or elsewhere in this Agreement.
