Fire Service. The City does not provide municipal fire services but this area is served by the North Xxxx County Volunteer Fire Department. Fire prevention activities will be provided by the Xxxx County Fire Marshal’s Office.

Fire Service. The said Owner(s), its (their) heirs, successors, administrators and assigns forever, agree to jointly maintain said service line(s) according to the conditions listed below. For purposes of this agreement, the term “maintenance” shall include maintenance, repair and/or replacement as necessary for the water service(s) to continue functioning as originally intended. This Agreement shall be binding upon the heirs, successors, administrators, and assigns of the Owner(s), over, under and upon certain real estate owned by the Owner(s), and being described as follows: AND WHEREAS the Xxxxxx County, Ohio, Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter called the County, will allow this arrangement on a case by case, ongoing basis, provided that the following requirements are continuously observed:

Fire Service. In case of fire, all employees must assist in preventing destruction of the Company's property. Fire apparatus must not be removed from its place or used, except in case of fire or by the order of the Superintendent. The Company will train employees in this area as it deems necessary. Clothing Employees must not wear clothing which can readily become entangled in machinery. Clothing not in use shall be kept in lockers provided for that purpose. Shoes must be worn while on duty. Safeguards Safeguards must not be removed, except by order of the Superintendent or Xxxxxxx. If removed, they must be immediately replaced.

Leaving the Plant No employee shall be permitted to leave the plant during working hours without the permis- sion of the Supervisor of his department.
Fire Service. City agrees to purchase from Fire District, and Fire District agrees to provide City fire protection, suppression, prevention, technical rescue and non-transport emergency medical services (the “fire services”). The fire services are further explained, or limited, as follows:
Fire Service. Maynooth Fire Station is located in the Harbour. While the fire service is adequate to serve the present needs of the town, given the rapid growth Maynooth and its hinterland is currently experiencing, the level of this service will be kept under continuous review and enhanced as required. It is the policy of the Council to enhance and upgrade the fire station to serve the future needs of Maynooth and surrounding area and seek a more appropriate location if required. Arts Kildare County Council has appointed an Arts Officer to ensure a proper foundation for the development of arts and heritage in the County. The Council will seek for the development of a Centre for the Arts/Culture and Tourism Centre within Maynooth. It is the policy of the Council to promote the development of the arts in Maynooth and to seek for the development of a Centre for the Arts / Culture and Tourism Centre for the town. One-Stop-Shop Civic Centre As a consequence of the changing structure and role of the County Council and in order to enhance the service offered to the public, the Council is committed to the development of a one-stop-shop civic centre in Maynooth. This civic centre will be centrally located for maximum accessibility and to reflect its role as a public building in the heart of the community.
