FIRE SAFETY INFORMATION. New York State Education Law requires notification of fire safety standards and measures in all college- owned or college operated housing. To facilitate compliance the following information is provided: ▪ Big Haus, Crossroads, Farside, Campus Center North, The Olde and The Commons are not sprinklered. ▪ Outback, Fort Awesome and Alumni Village are fully sprinklered. ▪ The fire alarm system in our buildings have state of the art voice capable addressable fire alarm systems. This allows college emergency personnel to respond quickly to the area in question and also allows for authorities to broadcast emergency messages over the fire alarm system from each building. Each residence hall has been outfitted with fire extinguishers in public hallways and in each kitchen area. The apartment communities are outfitted with fire extinguishers in each kitchen area. University Police and Office of Community Engagement staff are on duty twenty-four hours a day a seven days a week to respond to any fire related emergency. ▪ Additional fire safety information may also be found in the annual Clery-Fire Report ▪ Building Evacuation procedures can be found HERE. ▪ Fire safety inspections will be conducted at random throughout the academic year. Items that are found to violate fire safety regulations (candles, extension cords, etc) will be confiscated by the College. All students who live in an assigned apartment will be required to participate in a fire safety program. Residents who fail to meet this requirement will be relocated to another area of campus.

FIRE SAFETY INFORMATION. The Tenant acknowledges they have been provided a written document disclosing fire safety and protection information, the building smoking policy, and emergency plans, if any. Furthermore, the Tenant acknowledges they have received a written disclosure informing them that the dwelling contains a smoke detection device that they are responsible for maintaining in working condition, or they may otherwise be subject to penalties for failing to do so. This disclosure satisfies the requirements found in § 59.18.060(12) of the Code of Washington.

  • Contractor Information The Contractor will provide up to date information for each of the following in the form and manner specified by OGS:

  • Contractor Sensitive Information 17.1 The Authority must:

  • Access to Records – Files; Confidential Information Contractor shall maintain all books, documents, papers and records relating to the Agreement for at least seven years following completion of the project. Contractor shall maintain any other records pertinent to this Agreement in such a manner as to clearly document Contractor’s performance. City, state and federal government, and their duly authorized representatives shall have access to the books, documents, papers and records of the Contractor which are directly pertinent to the specific Agreement for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts and transcript. Contractor agrees that all files or other documents generated or in the possession of Contractor related to Contractor's delivery of service are the property of the City and shall be available to the City upon request. Contractor understands the nature of project/projects means that Contractor may be privy to information that is confidential, proprietary or sensitive in nature, which information shall not be disclosed to any third person or entity without the consent of the City of Bend or at the City's direction, either during the term of this Agreement or after its termination. Likewise, any analysis or commentary provided by Contractor of a confidential or sensitive nature shall not be released or disclosed to any person without the consent or direction of the City.

  • Confidential System Information HHSC prohibits the unauthorized disclosure of Other Confidential Information. Grantee and all Grantee Agents will not disclose or use any Other Confidential Information in any manner except as is necessary for the Project or the proper discharge of obligations and securing of rights under the Contract. Grantee will have a system in effect to protect Other Confidential Information. Any disclosure or transfer of Other Confidential Information by Xxxxxxx, including information requested to do so by HHSC, will be in accordance with the Contract. If Grantee receives a request for Other Confidential Information, Xxxxxxx will immediately notify HHSC of the request, and will make reasonable efforts to protect the Other Confidential Information from disclosure until further instructed by the HHSC. Grantee will notify HHSC promptly of any unauthorized possession, use, knowledge, or attempt thereof, of any Other Confidential Information by any person or entity that may become known to Grantee. Grantee will furnish to HHSC all known details of the unauthorized possession, use, or knowledge, or attempt thereof, and use reasonable efforts to assist HHSC in investigating or preventing the reoccurrence of any unauthorized possession, use, or knowledge, or attempt thereof, of Other Confidential Information. HHSC will have the right to recover from Grantee all damages and liabilities caused by or arising from Grantee or Grantee Agents’ failure to protect HHSC’s Confidential Information as required by this section. IN COORDINATION WITH THE INDEMNITY PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN THE UTC, Xxxxxxx WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS HHSC FROM ALL DAMAGES, COSTS, LIABILITIES, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND COSTS) CAUSED BY OR ARISING FROM Grantee OR Grantee AGENTS FAILURE TO PROTECT OTHER CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. Grantee WILL FULFILL THIS PROVISION WITH COUNSEL APPROVED BY HHSC.
