Fire Fighting System. The Landlord shall provide in the leased area the general fire fighting and security systems conforming to the requirements of the laws and regulations of the State, and provide the daily maintenance and matching connection points for the fire fighting and security equipment installed or furnished in the leased are and the ancillary area by the Tenant independently. The Tenant shall build within the leased area including but not limited to the evacuation route, fire fighting equipment, and alarm system.
