Fire Dispatchers. A. On January 1 of each calendar year, employees who have completed more than one (1) year of continuous service shall be credited with vacation accrued, subject to the schedules below. Employees who will have completed six (6) months of continuous service on January 1 shall be credited with eight (8) vacation hours for each five (5) weeks of service between their date of hire and January 1. Employees with less than six (6) months of continuous service as of January 1 shall not be credited with vacation until the following January. Such employees shall be credited with eighty (80) vacation hours plus eight (8) hours for each additional five (5) weeks of continuous service beyond one

Fire Dispatchers. Full-time employees in the classification of Fire Dispatcher I or Fire Dispatcher II or shall advance to the second step of the range of that class upon completion of six months of continuous service in said class.

Fire Dispatchers. Effective August the Corporation and the Union agree that Fire Department Dispatchers may work on a multiple shift basis at the discretion of the Corporation, following discussions with the Union, provided that at least forty-eight (48) hours' notice of change of shift is given to the employees concerned and the Union. Fire Dispatchers. The CITY and the UNION agree to meet and confer regarding revision of the work schedule of Fire Department dispatchers. Among the matters to be considered is the adoption of a work schedule consisting of the following: 15 hour night tour, nine hour day tour, two tours on, two tours off schedule worked by line firefighters. The parties will also address an agreement on an hourly rate of pay (based on the current annual rate of pay as modified in this Agreement), utilization of an hourly rate calculation for purposes of calculating an employee’s weekly straight time pay and overtime pay, calculation of an employee’s contractual leave entitlements and rate of utilization of same, and a fire dispatcher’s entitlement to premium pay (other than overtime) pursuant to this Agreement. If the patties reach agreement on changes in the fire dispatcher work schedule, it shall be implemented by the execution of a side letter of agreement as a supplement to this Agreement.

  • Dispatching CONTRACTOR shall provide qualified and trained personnel to: • Schedule and assign drivers and vehicles in accordance with the service hour schedules and scheduled trips for each day; • Assist drivers while they are in service to carry out the assigned trips on-time, providing address assistance and telephoning passengers as needed; • Monitor the performance of scheduled trips, reassigning trips and/or adjusting the number of vehicles in service as needed to ensure on-time performance in the most efficient manner; and, • Ensure that unanticipated service demands, passenger and vehicle accidents, other events and general service delivery are handled and performed in accordance with OoA policies and procedures. Dispatching staff are to be on-duty from the time the first SNEMT vehicle is in service until the last SNEMT vehicle is out of service. Dispatch staff will also ensure that: • All voice radio communications that pertain to SNEMT comply with FCC rules and regulations, and that regulations are enforced; • Average hold times on ride check calls are maintained at no more than two (2) minutes; and The OoA “no stranded passengers” policy is enforced.

  • Internet Connectivity School must provide sufficient hardline internet connectivity and the required network configurations (provided in Exhibit A) for each Pixellot System to allow live broadcasts. PlayOn will provide the point-to-point wireless internet base station (“Point to Point”) when needed to deliver hardline internet connectivity to Pixellot Systems installed in outdoor venues; provided that PlayOn is able to select the make and model of the Point to Point system. In the event that School requests, or requires, a specific Point to Point system that is different from what is provided by PlayOn, then School must provide and install the Point to Point system at its own expense.

  • Network Etiquette You are expected to abide by the generally accepted rules of network etiquette. These include but are not limited to the following:

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • Expedites 53.13.1 If expedited service is requested, CLEC will populate the “Expedite” and “Expedite Reason” fields on the LSR. CenturyLink reserves the right to refuse an expedite request if resources are not available. If an expedite request is granted, applicable expedite Service Order charges, as set forth on Table 1, will apply.

  • Network Congestion Reduced Speed for Routing or Answering 911 Dialing Calls. There may be a greater possibility of network congestion and/or reduced speed in the routing of a 911 Dialing call made utilizing the Service as compared to traditional 911 dialing over traditional public telephone networks.

  • METERING AND BILLING Metering requirements and billing procedures shall be set forth in the AEC rate schedule(s) applicable to the electric service account assigned to the location where the Generating Facility is connected.

  • Internet Connection In order to ensure the proper functioning of the Production Monitor and the Consumption Monitor, if possible, you must provide the Solar System with continuous access to a functioning broadband internet connection with one (1) wired Ethernet port and standard electrical outlet, at your cost. If you are unable to provide the Solar System with an internet connection in accordance with the foregoing sentence, the Home must be located in an area with cellular service that is acceptable to us in our discretion.

  • Internet Safety X. Xxxxxxx and Users - Despite every effort for supervision and filtering, all Users and their parents/guardians are advised that access to the electronic Network may include the potential for access to materials inappropriate for school-aged students. Every User must take responsibility for his or her use of the Network and Internet and avoid these sites.

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.
