FIRE AND SAFETY REGULATIONS. Exhibitor agrees to confine its exhibit to the space provided. Circulars, publications, advertising matter, and promotional giveaways may be distributed only within booth space. No balloons may be used in the exhibit. Nothing shall be posted on or tacked, nailed, screwed, or otherwise attached to columns, walls, floors or other parts of the building, furniture, or drapes. Signs, nails, etc. will not be permitted to intrude into or over aisles. Tape will not be allowed on the floor of the exhibit hall. All equipment must have pads under it. The use of flammable/volatile materials or materials under high pressure within exhibits, displays, offices and meeting rooms is strictly forbidden. Exhibitor agrees to abide by all City/Houston and NRG Center fire and safety regulations.

FIRE AND SAFETY REGULATIONS. Exhibitor agrees to accept full responsibility for compliance with federal, state, and municipal regulations in the provision and maintenance of adequate safety devices and conditions for the operation of machinery and equipment. Exhibitor agrees to comply with all state and local fire and safety regulations. Combustible or explosive materials and substances must be flame-proofed. Packing containers, excelsior, wrappings, and similar materials must be removed from the exhibit area and may not be stored under tables or behind displays.
FIRE AND SAFETY REGULATIONS. 1. At no time shall there be more persons admitted to the auditorium or other assembly room than the legal seating capacity will accommodate.

Lessee shall keep the Leased Premises free from fire hazards. Lessee is prohibited from burning garbage or trash. The burning of wood or other debris shall require the prior written permission of Lessor and must comply with applicable federal, state, or local law, regulation, rule, and ordinance.
FIRE AND SAFETY REGULATIONS. Exhibitor shall not pack merchandise in paper, straw, excelsior, or any other readily inflammable material. All cartons stored in the Exhibit Building shall be emptied of contents. Exhibitor shall use no inflammable decoration or covering for display fixtures, and all fabrics or other material used for decoration or covering shall be flameproof. If required by local law or ordinances, Exhibitor shall have on hand in its Exhibit Space a notarized affidavit establishing that its display materials have been treated during the last year by an approved chemical. All wiring devices and sockets shall be in good condition and meet the requirements of local law.
FIRE AND SAFETY REGULATIONS. LESSEE shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and ordinances, including, but not limited to, those of the Idaho Department of Lands for fire protection and prevention, and shall at all times observe reasonable precautions to prevent fire on the Leased Premises. LESSEE shall keep the Leased Premises free from fire hazards. Firewood storage shall be confined to a location, away from the Residence. Roofs shall be kept clear of all debris and needles on a regular basis to minimize fire hazard. LESSEE is prohibited from burning garbage or household trash. Any burning on the Leased Premises, including the burning of wood, weeds or other debris, but excepting simple campfires necessary for the use under this Lease, requires the prior written permission of LESSOR. Any burning must comply with all applicable federal, state or local laws, regulations, rules and ordinances. Barbecue devices designed for use out of doors are permitted.

FIRE AND SAFETY REGULATIONS. The City of Orange Beach and the OBEC staff reserves the right to cause the interruption of any event, set up or tear down of event in the interest of public safety and to likewise cause the termination of the event when in the sole judgement of the City of Orange Beach agents or the OBEC staff such termination is in the interest in public safety. ⮚ All aisles must be kept clear, clean and free of obstructions. ⮚ Exits shall not be blocked or covered. ⮚ The OBEC reserves the right to designate points of entrance, exit and concession areas. ⮚ Parking and unloading in the fire lanes is not allowed and must be kept clear at all times. ⮚ Use of pyrotechnics is prohibited at all times. ⮚ The use of lighted candles is prohibited unless enclosed in a completely enclosed glass container at all times. ⮚ All materials used in decorations and displays must be flame retardant and are subject to an inspection by the Fire Marshal at any time. ⮚ Operation of gasoline powered vehicles will be permitted during move-in and move-out periods. Gasoline operated vehicles may not be operated at any other time. ⮚ All pressurized tanks holding any type of gas (helium, nitrogen, LP, Propane, etc) must be approved by OBEC staff in advance and must be secured in the upright position while being used in the facility. ⮚ All cords and cables in aisles and walkways must be matted and taped in place by approved tape. ⮚ All plantings, fountains, coolers, etc. should have waterproof plastic materials underneath. ⮚ Standing on chairs by event attendees is prohibited. ⮚ The OBEC reserves the right to make or have announcements made pertaining to safety or other issues at appropriate times during the event.

"Fire-proofed" paper is not considered non-combustible as interpreted by fire inspectors and is not permitted. All inflammable materials must be kept in safety containers. All local regulations will be strictly enforced and the exhibitor assumes all responsibility for compliance with such regulations. All decorations and booth equipment must be fireproofed and electrical wiring must meet the safety requirements of the official service contractor. No combustible materials shall be stored around exhibit booths. Electrical installation must conform to Union rules and regulations and to all national, state and local codes, as well as facility regulations.

All decorations and exhibit space equipment must be fireproofed, and electrical wiring must meet the safety requirements of the official service contractor. Affidavits attesting to flameproof compliance with fire department regulations must be submitted upon AFCA’s request. No combustible material shall be stored in or around the exhibit booths.
