Fingerprint Checks. 4.16.1. In accordance with A.R.S. 15-512(H), a contractor, subcontractor, or vendor or any employee of a contractor, subcontractor or vendor who is contracted to provide services on a regular basis at an individual school may be required to obtain a valid fingerprint clearance card pursuant to Title 41, Chapter 12, Article 3.1. An exception to this requirement may be made as authorized in Governing Board policy.

Alternately, the school district may fingerprint those persons or employees. An exception to this requirement may be made as authorized in Governing Board policy. The District shall conduct a fingerprint check in accordance with A.R.S. 41-1750 and Public law 92-544 of all contractors, subcontractors or vendors and their employees for which fingerprints are submitted to the District. Contractor, subcontractors, vendors and their employees shall not provide services on school district properties until authorized by the District. Additionally, contractor shall comply with the governing body fingerprinting policies of each individual school district/public entity.

A school district governing board shall adopt policies to exempt a person from the requirements of this subsection if the person's normal job duties are not likely to result in independent access to or unsupervised contact with pupils. A school district, its governing board members, its school council members and its employees are exempt from civil liability for the consequences of adoption and implementation of policies and procedures pursuant to this subsection unless the school district, its governing board members, its school council members or its employees are guilty of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Additionally, Contractor shall comply with the governing body fingerprinting policies of each individual school district/public entity.

Registered Sex Offender Restriction No employee of the vendor, or a subcontractor of the vendor, who has been adjudicated to be a registered sex offender, may perform work on District premises or equipment at any time when District students are, or are reasonably expected to be, present. A violation of this condition may result in the cancellation of this contract at the District’s discretion. Fingerprint Checks. If and when FSSA/DFR is authorized to implement FBI fingerprint checks the following subsections i through iv will take effect. Contractor will be given thirty (30) calendar daysnotice to implement the process and at that time will obtain fingerprint checks on all new hires. Contractor will have three months to obtain fingerprint checks for all of its other employees.

  • Contract Monitoring The criminal background checks required by this rule shall be national in scope, and must be conducted at least once every three (3) years.   • Mail Order Catalog Warnings In the event that, the Settling Entity prints new catalogs and sells units of the Products via mail order through such catalogs to California consumers or through its customers, the Settling Entity shall provide a warning for each unit of such Product both on the label in accordance with subsection 2.4 above, and in the catalog in a manner that clearly associates the warning with the specific Product being purchased. Any warning provided in a mail order catalog shall be in the same type size or larger than other consumer information conveyed for such Product within the catalog and shall be located on the same display page of the item. The catalog warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b) if the language provided on the Product label also uses the Short-Form Warning.

  • Catalog Information about Community Regional Medical Center – Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program (CRMC-DMSP) is published in a school catalog that contains a description of certain policies, procedures, and other information about the school. CRMC-DMSP reserves the right to change any provision of the catalog at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated in a revised catalog, an addendum or supplement to the catalog, or other written format. Students are expected to read and be familiar with the information contained in the school catalog, in any revisions, supplements and addenda to the catalog, and with all school policies. By enrolling in CRMC-DMSP, the Student agrees to abide by the terms stated in the catalog and all school policies.
