Fine for default. In the event of a default on the monthly payment by Getnet or Santander Brasil, as the case may be, should be added to the amount due, from the maturity date of the obligation payable, a fine of two percent (2%), interest of one percent (1%) per month, calculated pro-rata-temporis from the maturity date to the actual payment date, and adjustment for inflation by the General Market Price Index (IGPM) published by Fundação Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx.
Fine for default. 15.2.1 Fines for default may not exceed fifteen percent (15%) of the Contract value. In case that said limit is reached, ENEL shall have the right to rescind the Contract.
Fine for default. The failure of the Bank to dispose of the real estate within the time period laid down in Article 2 hereof shall be sanctioned with a fine of between One Thousand Balboas (B./1,000.00) and Five Thousand Balboas (B./5,000.00) per piece of real estate per year. Without prejudice to the fine imposed in accordance with the previous paragraph, the late or inadequate creation of the provision required in accordance with Article 3 hereof shall be sanctioned with a fine of One Thousand Balboas (B./1,000.00) per month.
