Finanční aspekty. 1. According to the payment schedule (paragraph 2 of this Article) the Contractual research organization, on behalf of Sponsor, will pay to the Provider for each completed visit of Study subject participating in the Study in compliance with the protocol, in respect of which the Study has been conducted in compliance with this Contract and whose records has been revised by authorised person according to Article VI. paragraph 2. The Sponsor hereto obliges that will not conclude any other contract with the Principal Investigator or any other employee of the Provider in relation to this Study.
