Common use of Financial Reports Clause in Contracts

Financial Reports. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender and each of their duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower and each Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent or such Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders:

Financial Reports. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender Bank and each of their duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower and each Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent or such Lender Bank may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the LendersBanks:

Financial Reports. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender Bank and each of their its duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower and each Subsidiary its Subsidiaries as the Administrative Agent or such Lender Bank may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the LendersBank:

Financial Reports. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender and each of their duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower and each Subsidiary its Subsidiaries as the Administrative Agent or such Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders:

Financial Reports. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each consolidated Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender Lender, the L/C Issuer and each of their duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower and each consolidated Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent or such Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent Agent, the Lenders and the LendersL/C Issuer the following:

Financial Reports. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender Bank and each of their its duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower and each Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent or such Lender Bank may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the LendersBank:

Financial Reports. The Borrower shall, and shall cause the Parent and each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and and, subject to Section 8.22 hereof, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender and each of their duly authorized representatives Agent such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Parent, the Borrower and each Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent (on its behalf or such Lender on behalf of any Lender) may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent Agent, for distribution to the Lenders and the LendersL/C Issuer:

Financial Reports. The Holdings and the Borrower shall, and shall cause each Borrower Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender Lender, and each of their duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of Holdings, the Borrower and each Borrower Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent or such Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders:

Financial Reports. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender Lender, the L/C Issuer and each of their duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower and each Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent or such Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent for distribution to the Lenders and the LendersL/C Issuer:

Financial Reports. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system proper books of accounting records and accounts reasonably necessary to prepare financial statements required to be delivered pursuant to this Section 8.5 in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender Lender, the L/C Issuer and each of their duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower and each Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent or such Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent Agent, the Lenders and the LendersL/C Issuer:

Financial Reports. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender and each of their duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower and each Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent or such Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders:

Financial Reports. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender Lender, the L/C Issuer and each of their duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower and each Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent or such Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and for distribution to the Lenders, and L/C Issuer:

The Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender and each of their duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower and each Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent or such Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the LendersLenders the following:

Financial Reports. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, and each Lender and each of their duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower and each Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent or such Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent Agent, and the Lenders:

Financial Reports. The Borrower and HAI shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender and each of their duly authorized representatives (which delivery may be accomplished by posting such information to the Borrower’s website for access by the public) such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower Borrower, HAI and each Subsidiary their Subsidiaries as the Administrative Agent or such Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders:

Financial Reports. The Borrower Each of the Borrowers shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender and each of their duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of each of the Borrower Borrowers and each Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent or such Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders:

Financial Reports. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender and each of their duly authorized representatives Agent (for subsequent delivery to the Lenders) such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower and each Subsidiary of its Subsidiaries as the Administrative Agent or such Lender may reasonably request; and without any requestrequest (unless otherwise specified), shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and (for subsequent delivery to the Lenders:):

Financial Reports. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender Agent and each of their its duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower and each Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent or such any Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the LendersAgent:

Financial Reports. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender Agent and each of their its duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower and each Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent or such any Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the LendersAgent:

The Borrower Borrowers shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender Bank and each of their duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower Borrowers and each Subsidiary their Subsidiaries as the Administrative Agent or such Lender Bank may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the LendersBanks:

Financial Reports. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender Lender, the L/C Issuer and each of their duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower and each Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent or such Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and Agent, the Lenders, and L/C Issuer:

Financial Reports. The Borrower shall, and the Borrower shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting its accounts in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, Agent and each Lender and each of their duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower and each Subsidiary Hub Group as the Administrative Agent or such any Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the Lenderseach Lender:

Financial Reports. (A) The Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting to permit the preparation of the quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender and each of their duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower and each Subsidiary of its Subsidiaries as the Administrative Agent or such Lender may reasonably request; and request and, without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and (for further distribution to the Lenders:):

Financial Reports. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender Lender, the L/C Issuer and each of their duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower and each Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent or such Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent Agent, the Lenders and L/C Issuer the Lendersfollowing:

The Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender and each of their duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower and each Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent or such Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders:

The Borrower shall, and shall cause the Parent and each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and and, subject to Section 8.22 hereof, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender and each of their duly authorized representatives Agent such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Parent, the Borrower and each Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent (on its behalf or such Lender on behalf of any Lender) may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and Agent, for distribution to the Lenders:

Financial Reports. The Each Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender Bank and each of their its duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower Parent (for purposes of clause (d) below), the Borrowers, and each Subsidiary their Subsidiaries as the Administrative Agent or such Lender Bank may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the LendersBank:

The Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender Lender, and each of their duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower and each Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent or such Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the LendersLenders the following information:

Financial Reports. The Each of the Borrower and HAI shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender and each of their duly authorized representatives (which delivery may be accomplished by posting such information to the Borrower’s website for access by the public) such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower Borrower, HAI and each Subsidiary their Subsidiaries as the Administrative any Agent or such Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders:

The Borrower shall, and shall cause Parent and each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender Lender, the L/C Issuer and each of their duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower and each Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent or such Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and for distribution to the Lenders, and L/C Issuer:

Financial Reports. The Holdings and the Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender and each of their duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of Holdings the Borrower and each Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent or such Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders:

Financial Reports. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary Guarantor to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender and each of their duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower and each Subsidiary Guarantor as the Administrative Agent or such Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders:

Financial Reports. The Each Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender Bank and each of their its duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the such Borrower and each Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent or such Lender Bank may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the LendersBank:

The Parent and the Borrower shall, and shall cause each Borrower Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender and each of their duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Parent, the Borrower and each Borrower Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent or such Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders:

Financial Reports. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender Lender, the L/C Issuer and each of their duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower and each Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent or such Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and Agent, the Lenders, and L/C Issuer:

The Holdings, the Parent and the Borrower shall, and shall cause each Borrower Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender and each of their duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of Holdings, the Parent, the Borrower and each Borrower Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent or such Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders:

Financial Reports. The Borrower Each of the Borrowers shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with GAAP and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, each Lender and each of their duly authorized representatives such information respecting the business and financial condition of the Borrower and each Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent or such Lender may reasonably request; and without any request, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders:and
