The Union shall maintain an adequate itemized record of its expenditures and financial transactions, and shall make available annually to the County and to the employees in classifications in the Unit a detailed written financial report thereof, in the form of a balance sheet and operating statement. Such financial report shall be made available within sixtysixty (60) days after the end of its fiscal year and shall be certified as to its accuracy by the Union president and treasurer or by a certified public accountant. The Association shall comply with any other legally required financial reporting.
