Financial Projections. Borrower shall have delivered to Lender Borrower’s business plan and/or financial projections or forecasts as most recently approved by Borrower’s Board of Directors.

Financial Projections. The Administrative Agent shall have received projections prepared by management of the Original U.S. Borrower, of balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements on a quarterly basis for 2006 and on an annual basis for each year thereafter during the term of the U.S. Credit Facility.
Financial Projections. Pursuant to San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.32, Grantee has on or before the date hereof provided to City financial projections, including profit and loss figures, for the Project. Financial Projections. All projections concerning the Loan Parties that have been or are hereafter made available to Lender by any Loan Party or any Loan Party’s officers, management, shareholders, directors, employees, personnel, attorneys, accountants, advisors, auditors, consultants and other agents and representatives (each individually a “Loan Party Representative” and collectively the “Loan Party Representatives”) in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and by the other Loan Documents have been (or will be, in the case of projections made available after the date hereof) prepared in good faith based upon reasonable assumptions (it being recognized by Lender that the projections and forecasts provided are not viewed as facts and that actual results during the period or periods covered by such projections and forecasts may differ from the projected or forecasted results).
