Common use of Financial Plan Clause in Contracts

Financial Plan. In accordance with Code Section 3314.03(A)(15), the GOVERNING AUTHORITY agrees to comply with the financial plan ("Financial Plan") of the Community School, which details an estimated school budget for each year of the period of this Contract, specifies the total estimated per-pupil expenditure amount for each such year, and describes the financial policies, procedures and internal financial controls of the Community School. Said Financial Plan is attached hereto as Exhibit 2 and incorporated by reference as if fully written herein. In accordance with Section 3314.042, the GOVERNING AUTHORITY further agrees to comply with the standards for financial reporting adopted under Section 3301.07(B)(2) of the Code. The GOVERNING AUTHORITY shall (i) confirm to the SPONSOR that the projected student enrollment reported to the Department of Education is accurate and (ii) calculate and report student enrollment thereafter, all in accordance with Section 3314.08, and expend funds received as required therein.
