Financial Interest. The Director or Director’s Interests derive a beneficial interest in any goods, services or properties that might be acquired by Tarion unless Xxxxxx has expressly acknowledged and consented to such beneficial interest in writing after full written disclosure by the Director to Tarion of such interest. Management or Auditor Interests A Director, or an affiliate or family member of the Director or Officer, is, or has been, a member of senior Management of Tarion. A Director, or an affiliate or family member of the Director, is, or has been, a partner of, or employed by, a current or former Internal or External Auditor of, or Consultant to, if or as the case may be, Tarion.
