Financial Information, Reports. Borrower shall within the time periods specified [and promptly if no time period is specified] deliver to Bank, all financial information, reports, certificates, notices and other information herein required of Borrower, pursuant to any provision of the Loan Documents, if such information/reports are not made available to the public.
