FINANCIAL INFORMATION AND NOTICES. Until all of the Obligations (other than contingent indemnification obligations not yet due) have been paid in full in cash, all Letters of Credit have been terminated or expired (or been Cash Collateralized) and the Commitments terminated, unless consent has been obtained in the manner set forth in Section 14.2, the Parent Borrower will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Administrative Agent at the Administrative Agent’s Office at the address set forth in Section 14.1 and to the Lenders at their respective addresses as set forth on the Register, or such other office as may be designated by the Administrative Agent and Lenders from time to time:
