FINANCIAL INFORMATION AND NOTICES. Until all the Obligations (other than (a) contingent or indemnification obligations not then due and (b) the Specified Obligations) have been paid and satisfied in full and the Commitments terminated, unless consent has been obtained in the manner set forth in Section 13.2, the Borrower will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Administrative Agent at the Administrative Agent’s Office at the address set forth in Section 13.1 and to the Lenders at their respective addresses as set forth on the Register, or such other office as may be designated by the Administrative Agent and Lenders from time to time:
