Financial and Accounting Systems. The CNA shall immediately establish and maintain a financial and accounting infrastructure that meets appropriate Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), appropriate internal controls, and government financial system requirements, including separate cost centers for pursuit of AbilityOne Program and commercial activities.
