Common use of Financial Advisors Clause in Contracts

Financial Advisors. No agent, broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any broker's or finder's fee or any other similar commission or fee in connection with any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of Parent.

Financial Advisors. No agent, broker, investment banker, finder, financial advisor or other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any broker's or finder's fee or any other similar commission or similar fee from any of the Investors, directly or indirectly, in connection with any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, based upon arrangements made by Agreement or on behalf any of Parentthe Transaction Documents.

Financial Advisors. No agent, broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any broker's or finder's fee or any other similar commission or fee in connection with any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of Parentthe Company.

Financial Advisors. No agent, broker, investment banker, finder, financial advisor or other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any broker's or finder's fee or any other similar commission or similar fee from the Company, directly or indirectly, in connection with any of the transactions transaction contemplated by this Agreement, based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of Parenthereby.

No agent, agent broker, investment banker, finder, ------------------ financial advisor or other firm or Person person is or will be entitled to any broker's or finder's fee or any other similar commission or similar fee from the Company, directly or indirectly, in connection with any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, based upon arrangements made by Agreement or on behalf of Parentany Transaction Document.

No agent, broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any broker's ’s or finder's ’s fee or any other similar commission or fee in connection with any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of ParentParent or Merger Sub.

No agent, broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any broker's ’s, finder’s, financial advisor’s or finder's other similar fee or any other similar commission or fee for which Buyer may be liable in connection with any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of ParentSeller or the Company.

Financial Advisors. No agent, broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any broker's ’s, finder’s, financial advisor’s or finder's other similar fee or any other similar commission or fee for which Buyer may be liable in connection with any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of ParentSellers or the Company.

Financial Advisors. No agent, broker, investment banker, finder, financial advisor or other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any broker's ’s or finder's ’s fee or any other similar commission or similar fee from First Union, directly or indirectly, in connection with any of the transactions transaction contemplated by this Agreement, based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of Parent.

Financial Advisors. No agent, broker, investment banker, finder, financial advisor or other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any broker's or finder's fee or any other similar commission or similar fee from First Union, directly or indirectly, in connection with any of the transactions transaction contemplated by this Agreement, based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of Parent.

Financial Advisors. No agent, broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any broker's ’s, finder’s, financial advisor’s or finder's other similar fee or any other similar commission or fee for which Sellers may be liable in connection with any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of ParentBuyer.

Financial Advisors. No agent, broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any broker's ’s or finder's ’s fee or any other similar commission or fee in connection with any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of ParentParent or Purchaser.

Financial Advisors. No agent, broker, investment banker, finder, financial advisor or other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any broker's ’s or finder's ’s fee or any other similar commission or similar fee from the Company, directly or indirectly, in connection with any of the transactions transaction contemplated by this Agreement, based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of Parenthereby.

Financial Advisors. No agent, broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any broker's ’s or finder's ’s fee or any other similar commission or fee in connection with any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of Parent, other than any agent, broker, investment banker, financial advisor, or other firm or Person the fees and expenses of which shall be paid by Parent or the Surviving Corporation.

Financial Advisors. No agent, broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any broker's ’s, finder’s, financial advisor’s or finder's other similar fee or any other similar commission or fee for which Seller may be liable in connection with any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of ParentBuyer.

Financial Advisors. No agent, broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any broker's ’s or finder's ’s fee or any other similar commission or fee in connection with any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of Parentthe Company, except Credit Suisse First Boston and Mxxxxx Sxxxxxx.

Financial Advisors.
