FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES. 7.2.1 The Recipient will be required to provide the Funding Officer with a copy of their annual audited or independently examined accounts, including balance sheets. The Recipient will normally submit their examined accounts: • Within two (2) weeks of its Annual General Meeting, (AGM), if relevant; or • By 31st December; or • Within nine (9) months of their financial end of year, if different to the Agreement’s Funding year;

All employees notified of a positive controlled substance or alcohol test result may request an independent test of their split sample at the employee’s expense. If the test result is negative the Employer will reimburse the employee for the cost of the split sample test.
