Common use of Final Written Warning Clause in Contracts

Final Written Warning. If there is still no improvement in the performance or conduct of the employee a second and final written warning shall be given including an indication that failure to improve may result in termination of employment. A review period should be established if appropriate and a third party observer or employee representative may be present if requested.
