Final Project Design. 5.6.1 As soon as reasonably practicable, but within twelve months after Project construction completion, the Approved Project Sponsor shall provide a summary of the final construction cost, which summary shall set forth sufficient detail to enable the CAISO to understand the Project costs, including a written explanation for the use of contingency and any cost overruns in excess of the cost estimate provided in Appendix E.

Final Project Design. 4.2.5.1 IID shall design and construct the Project in accordance with the specifications of Appendix A to the S- Line Entitlement Agreement and Good Utility Practice. IID shall deliver to the CAISO drawings, information, and documents for the Project. Such information shall include, as applicable: (i) a one-line diagram; (ii) a site plan drawing showing the Project, including plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the Transmission Interconnection Facilities; (iii) a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams, and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Project; and (iv) the impedances, determined by factory tests, for the associated transformers. IID shall provide SDG&E and the CAISO specifications for the protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications if applicable.

Final Project Design. 5.4.1 Citizens will contract with IID to require that the Project be designed and constructed in accordance with the specification of Appendix A and Good Utility Practice. Citizens will contract with IID for IID or its contractor(s) to deliver to the CAISO drawings, information, and documents for the Project. Citizens will contract with IID to require that this information include, as applicable: (i) a one- line diagram; (ii) a site plan drawing showing the Project, including plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the Transmission Interconnection Facilities; (iii) a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams, and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Project; and (iv) the impedances, determined by factory tests, for the associated transformers. Within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of such information, the CAISO will provide Citizens and IID notice as to whether the information is consistent with the Project details set forth in Appendix A and Good Utility Practice. Citizens shall contract with IID for IID or its contractor(s) to provide SDG&E and the CAISO specifications for the protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications, if applicable. SDG&E and the CAISO shall assess any deviations from the relay settings, machine specifications, and other specifications originally submitted by IID pursuant to the appropriate provisions of the Citizens-IID Development Agreement. Within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of such specifications, the CAISO will provide Citizens and IID notice as to whether the specifications are consistent with the provisions of this Agreement and the Citizens-IID Development Agreement.

  • Project Design Applicants must design a project that provides access to health services to enable eligible women and men experiencing health needs to secure and maintain safe and accessible quality screening and diagnostic services, comprehensive family planning, and/ or other women’s health services.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Project Construction Budget The project construction cost allowance specifically stated in writing as the ‘revised’ or ‘current’ ‘Project Construction Budget’ by the Trustees at each applicable phase of plan development.

  • Overall Project Schedule The Construction Progress Schedule that is approved by the Owner.

  • Construction Progress Schedule; Overall Project Schedule The Contractor shall submit for review by the Design Professional and approval by the Owner a Construction Progress Schedule based upon the Design Professional’s Preliminary Design and Construction Schedule and prepared using a CPM (Critical Path Method) process within sixty days after the Effective Date of the Contract, utilizing a full-featured software package in a form satisfactory to the Design Professional and Owner, showing the dates for commencement and completion of the Work required by the Contract Documents, including coordination of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical disciplines, as well as coordination of the various subdivisions of the Work within the Contract. Milestones must be clearly indicated and sequentially organized to identify the critical path of the Project. The Construction Schedule will be developed to represent the CSI specification divisions. It shall have the minimum number of activities required to adequately represent to the Owner the complete scope of Work and define the Project’s (and each Phase’s if phased) critical path and associated activities. The format of the Construction Progress Schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, inspections for Material Completion and Occupancy Date, and Final Completion Date. The Contractor shall submit, along with the Construction Progress Schedule, the Submittal Schedule for approval by the Design Professional, correlating the associated approval dates for the documents with the Construction Progress Schedule. Upon recommendation by the Design Professional and approval by the Owner, the Construction Progress Schedule shall become the Overall Project Schedule, which shall be utilized by the Design Professional, Owner and Contractor. The Contractor must provide the Design Professional and the Owner with monthly updates of the Overall Project Schedule indicating completed activities and any changes in sequencing or activity durations, including approved change orders.   • Schematic Design Phase Services § 3.2.1 The Architect shall review the program and other information furnished by the Owner, and shall review laws, codes, and regulations applicable to the Architect’s services.

  • Construction Development of the Project The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan/demarcation-cum-zoning/sanctioned plans, / site plan / building plan, specifications, amenities and facilities, etc. depicted in the advertisement / brochure / agreement / website (as the case may be) regarding the Project where the Said Independent Floor for residential usage along with parking is located and has accepted the floor / site plan, Payment Plan and the specifications, amenities, facilities, etc. [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the bye-laws such as Haryana Building Code, 2017, FAR, density norms, provisions prescribed, approved plans, terms and condition of the license/ allotment as well as registration of RERA, etc. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the provisions and norms prescribed by the relevant State laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act and Rules made thereunder or as per approvals/instructions/ guidelines of the competent authorities, and any breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any.
