Final Pay upon Termination for Any Reason. Except as otherwise provided by this Agreement and/or required by law, upon termination of Executive’s employment for any reason, the Company’s obligation to make payments hereunder shall cease, except that the Company shall pay all amounts due and payable for Executive’s services through Executive’s last day of employment (the “Separation Date”), including all accrued unpaid Base Salary and Bonus compensation earned through Separation Date, any benefits accrued prior to the Separation Date, all accrued but unused vacation as of the Separation Date, and any reimbursable business expenses incurred but not reimbursed as of the Separation Date.
