Final Invoices. Final Invoices shall be due to the County by the 15th of the month subsequent to the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

No later than at least one (1) Business Day prior to the Measurement Date, Liberty Media and SplitCo will deliver to SiriusXM redacted (except as to the final aggregate amounts of any fees, costs and expenses) copies of final invoices for all unpaid fees, costs and other expenses of any investment bankers, financial advisors (including the brokers referred to in Section 3.6 of the Merger Agreement), attorneys, accountants and other consultants, advisors or other Representatives incurred by or on behalf of, or payable by, Liberty Media, SplitCo or their respective Subsidiaries arising from or in connection with the Transactions.

The Contracting Party and Exchange agree that any Invoice payable on any Physical Settlement Date will be final and binding, absent manifest error, for all purposes 120 days after such Physical Settlement Date unless the Contracting Party has then advised Exchange of any error in, or dispute in respect of, such Invoice or unless the Contracting Party has made a Failure to Schedule to Deliver or a Failure to Schedule to Take, in which case, Invoices payable will not be considered final until 180 days after the Physical Power Delivery Date.
Final Invoices. Lands’ End must receive the final invoice for a service within 90 days after the Statement of Work is completed. The final invoice must include all costs and expenses incurred in such service not previously billed. The service provider shall not incur any additional costs or billable hours after submission of the final invoice without the express prior written approval of Lands’ End. E.

INIS shall within thirty (30) days after the end of each Contract Year, issue a final invoice to Nordion for the Cobalt-60 Pellets setting forth (i) the activity of Cobalt-60 Pellets delivered as per the agreed to activity measurement as described in section 4.5, (ii) total quarterly progress payments by Nordion and (iii) any outstanding balance or refund payable by or to Nordion. In the event any balance is owed by Nordion to INIS on such invoice or a refund is owed by INIS to Nordion on such invoice, such amount shall be paid within thirty (30) days of the date appearing on the invoice.
