The report must include the same contents as noted in CA-FATC, Article 6.c.2., and as noted herein in 67.a.

Final Inventory Report. Upon expiration of the award, the awardee must report final inventory for all Federally owned real property under the award to the NSF Property Administrator for further agency utilization and disposition using the NSF's Central Property Inventory Repository (CPIR) system. The final inventory report must include the same contents of the annual inventory report noted above and include the awardee’s disposition request (see PAPPG Chapter IX.D.4).
Final Inventory Report. The Contractor must maintain an inventory of all reports, presentations, other key documents and deliverables produced under the contract. The Contractor must compile and deliver all such reports and deliverables, to the COR, concurrently with the Final Report, in a user-friendly, properly indexed, searchable electronic form (e.g., CD-ROM or equivalent media). With regards to reporting, the report cover page must include a descriptive title, the author’s name(s), the activity name, the activity number, the contract number, the Contractor’s name, the name of the USAID activity office, the COR’s name, and the publication or issuance date of the report. The Contractor must prepare these documents in English using Microsoft Word. The Contractor must submit all written documents electronically to the COR.

  • Inventory Report – Remote Premises The locations of the Remote Premises (e.g., Feeder Distribution Interfaces, "FDI") and the End User Customer addresses served by each Remote Premises are available to CLEC through the Raw Loop Data Tool. Remote Premises with digital loop carrier and pair gain equipment will be provided on the web site in the ICONN database. (ICONN is available through the Qwest web site located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/iconn.) If CLEC is unable to determine the information it seeks regarding the Remote Premises after using such database tools, Qwest will provide CLEC with a report that contains the information. The Parties agree that a charge may apply to such report, based on time and material, unless the database information is inaccurate or unusable for the Remote Premises then no charge would apply. Qwest will provide CLEC access to relevant plats, maps, engineering records and other data in accordance with Section 10.8.2.4. In addition, CLEC can request a copy of Qwest's distribution area map associated with the Remote Premises, with a charge for time and material.

  • Final Invoice Within six months after completion of the construction of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades, Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide an invoice of the final cost of the construction of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades, determined in accordance with Attachment S to the NYISO OATT, and shall set forth such costs in sufficient detail to enable Developer to compare the actual costs with the estimates and to ascertain deviations, if any, from the cost estimates. Connecting Transmission Owner shall refund to Developer any amount by which the actual payment by Developer for estimated costs exceeds the actual costs of construction within thirty (30) Calendar Days of the issuance of such final construction invoice.

  • CURRENT INVENTORY OF QUALIFIED PROPERTY In addition to the requirements of Section 10.2 of this Agreement, if there is a material change in the Qualified Property described in EXHIBIT 4, then within 60 days from the date commercial operation begins, the Applicant shall provide to the District, the Comptroller, the Appraisal District or the State Auditor’s Office a specific and detailed description of the tangible personal property, buildings, and/or permanent, nonremovable building components (including any affixed to or incorporated into real property) on the Land to which the value limitation applies including maps or surveys of sufficient detail and description to locate all such described property on the Land.

  • Account Statements and Requesting Account Records Unless your Account is restricted you may view and download your PayPal account statement by logging into your PayPal account. You agree to review your transactions through your PayPal account history instead of receiving periodic statements by email. You will receive important information about your payments and payment receipts by e- mail immediately after a transaction. Your transaction history will also be updated and made available to you at any time by logging into your account. You can also access a downloadable report from your PayPal account. This will show all fees incurred and any other amounts charged to your PayPal account in the relevant period. The way in which we provide the transaction information will allow you to store and reproduce the information unchanged, for example by printing a copy.   • Progress Reports and Invoices The goals of this subtask are to: (1) periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the project objectives of this Agreement; and (2) ensure that invoices contain all required information and are submitted in the appropriate format. The Recipient shall: • Submit a monthly Progress Report to the CAM. Each progress report must: o Summarize progress made on all Agreement activities as specified in the scope of work for the preceding month, including accomplishments, problems, milestones, products, schedule, fiscal status, and an assessment of the ability to complete the Agreement within the current budget and any anticipated cost overruns.   • Detailed Monthly Report Vendor shall electronically provide DIR with a detailed monthly report in the format required by DIR showing the dollar volume of any and all sales under the Contract for the previous calendar month period. Reports are due on the fifteenth (15th) calendar day of the month following the month of the sale. If the 15th calendar day falls on a weekend or state or federal holiday, the report shall be due on the next business day. The monthly report shall include, per transaction: the detailed sales for the period, Customer name, invoice date, invoice number, description, quantity, MSRP or List Price, unit price, extended price, Customer Purchase Order number, contact name, Customer’s complete billing address, the estimated administrative fee for the reporting period, subcontractor name, EPEAT designation (if applicable), configuration (if applicable), contract discount percentage, actual discount percentage, negotiated contract price (if fixed price is offered instead of discount off of MSRP), and other information as required by DIR. Each report must contain all information listed above per transaction or the report will be rejected and returned to the Vendor for correction in accordance with this section. Vendor shall report in a manner required by DIR which is subject to change dependent upon DIR’s business needs. Failure to do so may result in contract termination.

  • Monthly Statement The Contractor shall submit a statement to the Engineer at the end of each month, in a tabulated form approved by the Engineer, showing the amounts to which the Contractor considers himself to be entitled. The statement shall include the following items, as applicable; - the value of the Permanent Work executed up to the end of previous month - such an amount (not exceeding 75 percent of the value) as the Engineer may consider proper on account of materials for permanent work delivered by the Contractor in the site - such amount as the Engineer may consider fair and reasonable for any Temporary Works for which separate amounts are provided in the Bill of Quantities - adjustments under Clause 70 - any amount to be withheld under retention provisions of Sub-clause 60.3 - any other sum to which the Contractor may be entitled under the Contract If the Engineer disagrees with or cannot verify any part of the statement, the Contractor shall submit such further information as the Engineer may reasonably require and shall make such changes and corrections in the statement as may be directed by the Engineer. In cases where there is difference in opinion as to the value of any item, the Engineer’s view shall prevail.
