If you should FAIL THE SUBSEQUENT FINAL EXAM, as per TREC guidelines, the entire course will need to be repeated. Final Exam. A comprehensive Final Exam will be given during the final exam week (the date, time and location of your final exam is given to you on the first & last page of the syllabus). If you are absent on the day of Final Exam, you will be assigned a zero for your final exam. Academic Honesty: Either giving or receiving aid on a test, quiz, or final exam will result in a zero for that grade and additional disciplinary action will be taken. ATTENDANCE: Regular attendance is expected. If you miss a class, be sure to contact another member of your class (or group). I recommend that you get the names and telephone numbers of at least three (3) students in the class. You are responsible for all materials discussed in class, whether you are present or not. This includes changes in assignments, exam dates, etc. If you must arrive late or leave early, it is courteous to speak privately with the instructor about your reasons for doing so. If lack of attendance (4 or more) is affecting your grade in the course, then you may be withdrawn (not necessarily) from the course in accordance with the college policy. All students are expected to stay for the entire class period. This 10 -minutes time rule is strictly applied for all the exams and assignments, including the final exam.

Examination Overview: The final will consist of a submission of a portfolio consisting of 4 web sites (1 personal web page, one resume web page and two web pages made for fictitious small businesses) and these will be graded according to scoring rubrics. You will need to present your portfolio (a total of 4 web sites) explaining the 1) Design Process and 2) Page Features of each web page to the class.
