Final Evaluation Conference a. No later than June 1 the evaluator and teacher shall meet to discuss the teacher’s final summative score. The final summative score, including the student growth score, must be determined by an analysis of evidence. This analysis will include a holistic assessment of the teacher’s performance over the course of the year.
