The Final Deliverable shall have a minimum weight of 15% of the entire Project Budget within the final fiscal year of the project. Our assessments are not limited to IT project deliverables but extend to project management processes, controls, work products, methodology, and any revisions as appropriate. Our team examines all project artifacts and documents to evaluate the effectiveness of the project management controls, procedures, and methodology. We intend to provide DMS with comprehensive assessments that provide clients the information needed to make good decisions for their projects. The IV&V Toolkit serves as the second key component of the methodology, Proven Tools.
