FINAL DECISION REGARDING RECLASSIFICATION. The Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources shall be forwarded a copy of the panel's recommendation . The Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources shall review the recommendation and determine whether to accept, modify or reject the recommendation. The employee will be notified by the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources within fifteen (15) working days of the decision made based upon the panel's recommendation.
