Final Cleanup. Before final completion and final acceptance, the Contractor shall remove from all rights- of-way and from all public and private property all tools, scaffolding, false work, temporary structures and/or utilities and their foundations (except those the City permits in writing to remain), rubbish and waste materials resulting from its operation or caused by its employees, and all surplus materials, leaving the site clean and true to its line and grade and the Project in a safe and clean condition ready for use and operation. In the case of failure to comply with the above requirements for any part of the Project within the time specified by the City Representative, he may cause the work to be done and deduct the cost thereof from the Contract price on the next or succeeding application for payment, or in the event that the cost exceeds the balance due the Contractor, bill the Contractor for the excess.
Final Cleanup. The Contractor shall perform final cleanup as provided in this section to the Engineer’s satisfaction. The Engineer will not establish the Physical Completion Date until this is done. The Highway Right of Way, material sites, and all ground the Contractor occupied to do the Work shall be left neat and presentable. The Contractor shall:
Final Cleanup. In addition to cleaning requirements described elsewhere, the Contractor shall, in preparation for substantial completion or occupancy of the project by each individual tenant, shall coordinate its final cleaning with Lessor’s final cleaning operations in the Contractor’s work area. Contractor may utilize Lessor’s cleaning contractor, the cost for which the Contractor would negotiate and pay for directly.
Final Cleanup. Upon completion of the work and before acceptance and final payment will be made, the Contractor shall remove from the site all machinery, equipment, surplus and discarded materials, rubbish, temporary structures, and stumps or portions of trees. The Contractor shall cut all brush and xxxxx within the limits indicated and shall leave the site in a neat and presentable condition. Material cleared from the site and deposited on adjacent property will not be considered as having been disposed of satisfactorily, unless the Contractor has obtained the written permission of the property Owner. END OF SECTION 40 Section 50 Control of Work 50-01 Authority of the Resident Project Representative (RPR). The RPR has final authority regarding the interpretation of project specification requirements. The RPR shall determine acceptability of the quality of materials furnished, method of performance of work performed, and the manner and rate of performance of the work. The RPR does not have the authority to accept work that does not conform to specification requirements.
Final Cleanup. The Contractor shall clean all areas affected by construction, removing all loose surface materials. All piles of excess excavation, rocks, rubbish, or other debris shall be cleaned up and disposed of. Damage to any areas by the Contractor will be repaired or replaced by the Contractor at no expense to the City. No extra compensation will be allowed for final cleaning of the site, but the cost thereof shall be included in the unit price bid for other items in the Proposal. If work is suspended for any reason, the Contractor will be required at the Contractor's expense, prior to shut down, to provide for the public's safety and use as directed by the City.
Final Cleanup. 1. Upon completion of project, or as work progresses, remove all construction debris from above ceiling, vertical shafts and utility chases that have been part of the construction.
Final Cleanup. Before acceptance by the Owner, the Contractor shall perform a final cleanup to bring the construction site to its original or specified condition. This cleanup shall include removing all trash and debris off of the premises. Before acceptance, the condition of the site shall be approved by the Engineer. Final Cleanup. Prior to final inspection, as part of the Work, Contractor shall leave the job site neat and presentable and dispose of all rubbish, excess materials, falsework, temporary structures, and equipment. Full compensation for cleanup work will be considered as included in the Contract Price and no separate payment will be made therefor.
Final Cleanup. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, Operator shall remove, at Operator’s expense, from the ORDOT FACILITY and adjoining property and dispose of all surplus and discarded materials, rubbish, sediment, stormwater catch basin and system residues, temporary structures, equipment and debris which may have accumulated during the Term of this Agreement. No separate payment shall be allowed for the above work.
Final Cleanup. 1. The Contractor shall promptly remove from the vicinity of the completed Work, all rubbish, unused materials, concrete forms, construction equipment, and temporary structures and facilities used during construction. Final acceptance of the Work by the District will be withheld until the Contractor has satisfactorily performed the final cleanup of the site.
