Final Acceptance Certificate Sample Clauses

The Final Acceptance Certificate clause formally acknowledges that the work or project has been completed to the satisfaction of the client or owner. Typically, this certificate is issued after all contractual obligations, tests, and inspections have been fulfilled, and any defects identified during the initial acceptance period have been remedied. Its core function is to mark the official end of the contractor’s responsibilities, triggering final payment and transferring risk or ownership, thereby providing clarity and closure for both parties.
