Filling of Vacancies. In the case of any increase in the number of Managers, or of any vacancy in the Board of Managers, the additional Manager shall be appointed by the Beneficial Owner.

Prior to the expiration of this period, either the Employer or the employee may declare the trial period unsatisfactory, and the employee shall return to his/her former position at his/her former pay rate, classification, and shift.
