Common use of Filings, Registrations and Recordings Clause in Contracts

Filings, Registrations and Recordings. Each document (including, without limitation, any Uniform Commercial Code financing statement) required by the Security Documents to be filed, registered or recorded in order to create in favor of the Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, a perfected Lien on the Collateral described therein with the priority provided for in the Security Documents, shall have been delivered to the Agent in proper form for filing, registration or recordation and the Agent shall have received evidence reasonably satisfactory to it that such filings have been made or have been provided for.
